

Service Consultants are Chapter volunteers who provide general information and administrative support to veterans. We can help you understand available resources, organize paperwork, and identify the right next steps. When formal representation is needed, we refer you to the appropriate VA-accredited representative or licensed attorney.



If you have questions about benefits, forms, or what to do next, a Service Consultant can help you clarify your options and prepare for the next step. This can be helpful after a denial, when updating information, or when starting a new benefits-related request. Our role is informational and administrative support and referral — not legal representation.

Bring any service records and related documents you already have (for example, your DD-214 and any letters or paperwork connected to your request). We can help you organize what you have, identify what may be missing, and determine the right place to submit it or who to contact next.
